摘要
为实现对发酵液中还原糖、氨基氮、二氧化碳及酒精的含量在线监测,使用连续流动化学分析仪对发酵液理化指标进行同步检测,测定结果具有较好的重复性、较稳定的加标回收率及较低的检出限。采用该方法能自动、快速、准确的测定发酵系统中多种物质的含量,并能有效减少化学药品的用量,减少相应的污染。
In order to monitor contents of reducing sugar,amino nitrogen,carbon dioxide and alcohol in fermentation broth on-line,continuous flow chemical analysis was used to detect physical and chemical indicators of fermentation broth simultaneously.The results were good repeatability,stable spike recovery and lower detection limits.This method can be automatic,fast and accurate determination variety of substances in fermentation system,and can effectively reduce the amount of chemicals,reduce the pollution.
