摘要
为开展高压脉冲电场冷杀菌研究,研制高压脉冲发生器,主要由单片机控制单元、AT89S52单片机、脉冲驱动模块、高压脉冲变压器和交流调压单元组成,具备脉冲电压、脉冲频率和脉冲宽度等参数可以同时调节的特点,为开展冷杀菌技术研究的脉冲电源研制提供一种可行的技术途径。
For the development of the high-voltage pulsed electric field nonthermal sterilization,design and make high-voltage pulsed generator,it mainly by single-chip microcomputer control unit,AT89S52 SCM,pulse driver modules,high pressure pulse transformer and alternating voltage regulation of elements have pulse voltage and pulse frequency and pulse width and can adjust the parameters such as characteristics,in the nonthermal sterilization technology research development pulse power provides a feasible technology way.
