摘要
以苹果渣为原料,通过液态厌氧发酵技术制备氢气,经过单因素试验和正交试验研究苹果渣与活性污泥的比例、发酵温度、初始pH、发酵液浓度对苹果渣厌氧发酵产氢效率的影响。结果表明,苹果渣液态厌氧发酵产氢的最优条件:发酵温度为(30±2)℃、活性污泥与苹果渣比率为4∶10、初始pH值8.5、发酵液浓度0.125g/mL,该条件下,苹果渣产氢率达到19.29mL/g.TS。
Biohydrogen was produced from apple pomace by anaerobic fermentation in liquid state.The effects of ratio of apple pomace to sludge,fermentation temperature,initial pH and solid content of fermention solution on the biohydrogen production were investigated by single factor tests and orthogonal tests.The optimum liquid state anaerobic fermenting parameters for hydrogen producing from apple pomace were as follows: fermentation temperature 30±2 ℃,ratio of sludge to apple pomace 4:10,initial pH value 8.5,solid content of fermention system 0.125 g/mL.In this conditions,the total hydrogen rate reached to 19.29 mL/gTS(TS:total solid).
