提高民航货机输送部队重装备保障能力的思考

Reflections on Improving Transporting Army Heavy Equipment Support Capacity by Civil Aviation Freighter

分析了利用民航货机输送部队装备的限制因素,指出了当前民航货机输送部队重装备存在的主要问题,从对部队重装备进行技术处理、研发重装备空运专用设备和适应国际航空运输标准要求等方面,探讨了提高部队重装备空运能力的对策措施,对于拓展部队重装备航空运输保障范围,提高部队航空应急投送能力具有一定的参考价值。

This paper analyzed the limiting factors of transporting army equipments by civil aviation freighter,pointed out its main existing problems,explored some countermeasures for improving army heavy equipments aerial transporting support capacity from disposing the heavy equipments technology,developing the special aerial transporting facility of heavy equipments,and adapting the international aviation transportation standards,which has certain values to expand the support scopes of army heavy equipments aerial transportation,and to improve the support capacity of army aviation emergence transportation.
