摘要
针对车辆装备作为武器装备机动平台、作战支援与保障装备机动平台、兵力输送及后勤保障机动平台在行进中的用电保障需求,建立了加装轴带发电系统的车辆动力学模型,对加装轴带发电系统的车辆动力性指标所受到的影响进行了动力学分析,并与原型车动力性指标进行了对比。结果显示,原型车加装12 kW轴带发电系统而实现12 kW电力输出,车辆的最高车速没有受到影响,车辆的原地起步加速时间比原型车慢了3.13 s,车辆的最大爬坡度由60.37%降为50.04%,表明轴带发电系统可以很好地利用车辆设计时预留的后备功率。
This paper aimed at the problem of power supply on vehicles as the mobile platform of weapons,equipment support,troops transportation and logistics support platform,weapons platform.Dynamics model of vehicle with shaft generator system was established,the impact of shaft generator system on the vehicle was analyzed,and compared with the dynamics of prototype vehicle,the results indicates take 12 kW by shaft generator system from the prototype vehicle and,maximum vehicle speed is not affected,the modified vehicle's acceleration time is 3.13 s slower than the prototype vehicle,vehicle maximum climbable gradient is reduced from 60.37% to 50.04%.The analysis results can be as the theoretical basis of matching between power system and shaft generator system.
