摘要
以通风盘式制动器为对象,建立制动器热-机耦合有限元模型,并建立实测摩擦系数、最大恒定摩擦系数、最小恒定摩擦系数和等效恒定摩擦系数4种摩擦特性模型,进行紧急制动工况下制动器热-机耦合特性的仿真分析.通过对比分析4种摩擦特性模型条件下的制动盘瞬态温度场、应力场以及热变形情况,探讨了面向制动器热-机耦合特性分析的制动副摩擦系数特性的模型建立方法.
Finite element method(FEM) model of a ventilated disc brake was established to predict the thermo-mechanical dynamics under emergency braking condition.Four friction models,including original friction model acquired from test result,maximal constant friction coefficient model,minimum constant friction coefficient model,and equivalent constant friction coefficient model to original model,were used for the numerical simulation.The simulation results were compared and the applicability of the friction model was investigated based on the thermo-mechanical effect of disc brake.
