摘要
设计建立了液动多路阀阀芯运动过程测量试验台,获得了快速操作先导手柄时液动多路阀的主阀芯位移、主阀芯两端压力、阀油口压力及油缸位移实测信号,得出阀口开启和关闭的时间、主阀芯运动最大速度和加速度等特征量,呈现出液动多路阀主阀芯位移、阀口面积变化、进出油口压力和油缸位移的时间历程。该研究对于深入理解液动多路阀瞬态过程、工作特性及设计具有普适性意义。
A test rig was designed and established to measure the motion of the spool in the hydraulic operated multi-way valve. The signals of the spool displacement, the pilot operated pressures on the ends of the spool, the pressures in the valve ports and the cylinder displacement were obtained under the condition of operating pilot handle rapidly. The characteristic values such as the opening and closing time of the valve orifices, maximum velocity and acceleration of the spool were drawn. The time process of the spool dis- placement, the change of orifice areas, the pressures in valve ports and the displacement cylinder were visualized. This study has universal significance for deeply understanding of the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic operated multi-way valve, its working performance and design.
