摘要
分析叶片数控加工中影响表面粗糙度的主要因素,推算出插补与走刀步长、加工残留高度的计算公式,并分析其余切削参数对表面粗糙度的影响,在实际应用中具有指导意义。
The main factors influencing surface roughness of blade in NC machining were analyzed. The calculation formulas of the steplength of cutting stroke and the scallop height were deduced. The influences of some cutting parameters on surface roughness were analyzed. The research work has guiding significance in application.
