电火花切割液理化参数对加工效果的影响

摘要 采用正交方法确定出影响切割液电导率、运动黏度的主要因素是三乙醇胺与OP-10。通过单因素试验的方法确定出:三乙醇胺体积分数为1%,切割面的表面粗糙度最佳(10.25μm);三乙醇胺体积分数为0.8%,电导率达到最大(临界值)1.15 mS/cm,此时继续加入40 mL OP-10使运动黏度达到2.2 mm2/s,切割效率最高。并指出研究的发展方向:通过线性拟合得到模拟曲线,最终达到只需测量液体的运动黏度与电导率便可判定切割液质量与寿命。 Orthogonal method is used to draw a conclusion that the primary factors which effect kinematic viscosity and conductivity of cutting fluid are triethanolamine and OP-10. The single factor test results are that: if the volume fraction of triethanolamine in cutting fluid is 1%, the roughness of cutting surface is the best ( 10.25μm) ; if the volume fraction of triethanolamine is 0. 8%, the conductivity reaches the maximum (critical value) 1.15 mS/cm, then continuing to put 40 mL OP-10 to make kinematic viscosity of cutting fluid reach 2.2 mm2/s, the cutting efficiency reaches the highest value. The research direction is that through linear fitting to gain analog curve, the quality and longevity of cutting fluid can be judged only by testing kinematic viscosity and conductivity of cutting liquid.
