摘要
介绍注塑模具参数化可重用三维零件库开发技术。在UG软件平台上,利用Visual C++6.0和UG/OPEN二次开发工具,通过编制参数化应用程序,建立注塑模具三维零件库,实现了注塑模具零部件模型的参数化驱动和可重用功能,使得模具设计人员可直接调用除型芯以外的零部件,提高了模具设计效率,有效缩短了模具的开发周期。
The development technologies of parametric reusable 3D part library were introduced. On the basis of UG, using Visual C + + 6. 0 and UG/Open secondary development tool, parametric application program was programmed, the 3D part library for injection mould was built, the parameter driving and reusable function of part models of injection mould were realized. So designer can directly transfer part models except mold core. The efficiency of mould design is improved and the development cycle of mould is shortened.
