摘要 在ADAMS中进行冲击钻机多体动力学仿真,对于刚性物体和小变形的柔性物体有相应的模块处理,可以直接建模,而对于绳索类等大变形物体无法实现直接建模。针对绳索类物体直接建模困难的问题,利用ADAMS的二次开发功能宏命令,采用轴套力连接方法,成功建立冲击钻机钢丝绳与冲击钻具耦合系统模型,并对该模型进行了虚拟样机仿真分析,得到的结果反映了冲击钻具的实际运动规律。 In ADAMS, the rigid body and the flexible body with small deformation can be modeled directly, while the modeling of some objects like ropes with large deformation can not be carried out. With the help of macro command in the secondary development functions of ADAMS, the coupling system model of the cable with the percussive bit was successfully built, in which the bushing connection method was adopted. The virtual prototype was analyzed in ADAMS. The simulation results reflect the actual motion law of the percussive bit.
