摘要
在分析CBR和本体的特点的基础上,设计融合CBR和本体的数控机床故障诊断学习系统的架构,阐述其工作过程,重点研究数控机床故障诊断领域本体知识构建、基于领域本体的案例相似性检索匹配方法,给出数控机床故障诊断学习系统的实现方案并开发了此系统,实现了案例的检索和重用,为教师、学生及维修保障人员提供经验获取和学习利用的手段。
The advantages of ontology and CBR were analyzed. A CNC machine tool fault diagnosis learning system framework based on CBR was designed. Its working process was explained. Ontology knowledge building of CNC machine tool fault diagnosis domain and ontology-based similarity retrieval of cases matching were focused on. The implementation scheme of CNC machine tool fault diagnosis learning system was given and the system was developed. The case retrieval and reuse were implemented. It provides means of experience gaining and learning to use for teachers, students and maintenance support personnel.
