女性月经期前后电阻抗乳腺扫描成像的变化

摘要 目的研究女性月经期前后电阻抗乳腺扫描(EIS)检查图像的变化。方法 60例身体健康、25~45岁、不在孕期和哺乳期、未绝经的女性志愿者接受EIS。每人每周接受1次EIS常规检查,并且在每次月经周期前、后几天内也接受EIS检查,共持续14个月。观察月经期前后EIS成像的变化以及异常EIS成像与年龄的关系。统计分析采用配对卡方检验和卡方检验。结果观察发现异常亮斑(假阳性)在月经期前(月经期前3~5d)的EIS成像中出现,通常异常亮斑仅存在1周,到第3周(月经期后3~7d)后基本消失,并且成像结果更趋于均匀的灰度图。本组受试者中81.7%(49/60)的EIS成像在月经期前后发生变化。但也有18.3%(11/60)受试者的检查结果没有变化。60例受试者月经前3~5d与月经后4~7d的EIS检查成像比较差异有显著的统计学意义(P=0.000)。经期前、后EIS成像的变化与年龄无关(P>0.050)。结论女性月经前EIS成像可出现假阳性表现。为了能获得正确EIS检查结果建议进行EIS检测时应避开月经期前的时间段。 Objective To study the changes of the images of electrical impedance scanning of the breast (EIS) before and after menstrual period in premenopausal women. Methods Sixty healthy, non- pregnancy, non-lactation, and premenopausal volunteers, aged 25 to 45 years, received EIS examinations once a week and within a few days before and after menstruation for 14 months. The EIS images before and after menstruation of the subjects were observed, and whether the abnormal EIS images were related with the age of the subjects was analyzed. Paired chi-square test and chi-square test were used for statistical analysis. Results The observation found that abnormal EIS spots (false-positive spots ) appeared on the images before menstruation( 3- 5 days before menstruation). Usually the false-positive spots lasted only one week and disappeared after menstruation (3-7days after menstruation), and the abnormal EIS images became normal, showing an evenly gray pictures. In this group the results of the breast EIS images were influenced in 81.7% (49/60)subjects before and after menstruation, but 18.3% (11/60) subjects were not influenced before and after menstruation. There was a significant difference in the EIS images between before(3-5 days) and after (4-7 days)menstruation in the 60 subjects (P = 0. 000 ). The changes of the EIS images before and after menstruation were not correlated with the age (P 〉 0. 050). Conclusion False-positive EIS images of the breast can occur before menstruation in women. In order to get accucate EIS results and avoid false positive results, it is suggested that EIS examination of the breast should keep away from the time of 3-5 days before menstruation for women.
