摘要
提出TCC-3土槽车的总体方案设计,简述行走部分、机体部分、动力输出系统、台车测控系统、土壤恢复系统的结构设计,对其牵引力、行驶速度等设计参数进行分析计算,并介绍土槽车测控系统的设计。经过试验证明:该土槽车的各项指标均达到预期要求。
This article deals with the overall design of TCC-3 soil bin,including the design of its walking part,frame part,power output system,trolley measurement and control system,and soil recovery system.Such design parameters as tractive force,driving speed are calculated and analyzed.The design of measurement and control system of soil bin is revealed.The experiment shows that the various indicators of the soil bin all meet the practical requirement.
