从农网实际情况出发,研究设计并建设信息高度共享、流程运转通畅、科学规范统一的电能信息采集管理系统。系统整合各类采集系统,规范购、供、售电侧的电能量数据接口格式,完成对不同信道、不同类型采集终端的兼容,实现了电能信息的自动采集和集成、线损的实时管理与分析、负荷控制和电费预购管理等应用功能。
