摘要
当前我国农机安全监理的法律体系框架已基本建立,分析执法规范化建设与健全农机安全监管法规体系、树立规范理念、依法行政、加强执法监督、加强农机安全监管之间的关系,探讨规范农机安全监理工作的措施,以修订、完善农机安全监理的法律体系,使农机安全监理行为有法可依、有章可循。
This article deals with the supervision on the safety of agricultural machines,including establishing legal system to carry out standardized supervision.The author makes analysis on the drawbacks and shortcomings in this respect and puts forward countermeasures to address these problems.
