关于构建高职院校公选课课程体系的思考——以厦门海洋职业技术学院为例

Pondering on Constructing Public Elective Course Systems at Higher Vocational Schools with Case-Study of Xiamen Ocean Vocational College

目前,高职院校公选课大多存在课程体系零乱、模块性不强、课程稳定性差等问题。究其因,主要源于公选课多为教师自由申请开设,而学校教学管理部门在教师申请开课前缺乏明确的方向性引导,或虽有模糊的引导但前期规划与后期审核缺位。因此,只有明确公选课在高职院校人才培养整体构架中的地位,大力强化公选课课程体系模块意识,积极推进公选课精品课程建设,并最终建立公选课课程库,才能构建一套完整、系统、科学的公选课课程体系,保证公选课教学与管理的良性循环。

At present, public elective courses at most of higher vocational schools have problems such as chaos of curriculum systems, weakness of modularity and poor stability of courses. The reasons mainly are as follows. Public elective courses are mostly freely offered by teachers while teaching administrative departments don＇t explicitly guide them in directionality. Also, there is an absence of prophase planning and anaphase check although teachers are sometimes implicitly guided. Therefore, a complete, systemic and scientific public elective course system can be constructed, which guarantee the virtuous cycle between teaching and management, only after following four key points are fulfilled： definitely specifying the orientation of public elective courses in the whale personnel training frame at higher vocational schools, vigorously strengthening the consciousness of public elective courses＇modularity, actively promoting construction of quality public elective courses and finally building the library of public elective courses.
