摘要
为提高食品类高职院校学生的实践能力和综合素质,在广泛调研的基础上,根据江苏食品职业技术学院的特点,积极探索专业区域共享型实训基地的运行模式,并根据食品类高职人才培养的特点,提出基地建设的具体思路与方案。
The quality personnel training goal had decided quality student's professional ability and the quality must raise in the entire real professional environment, but constructs in the sharing school really to teach the base, raises the student professional ability and the quality is a quality colleges and universities practice educational model new path. In the sharing school really taught the base to raise student's professional ability and the quality aspect has played the very good role, enhanced student's employment competitive power.
