咽炎康颗粒制备工艺研究

Study on Pharmaceutical Preparation of Yanyankang in Granulation

为了优化咽炎康颗粒的制备工艺，采用正变试验法，以熊果酸、多糖等为指标，得出最佳的浸提工艺参数，同时考察了最佳的喷雾干燥及制粒条件．进而得出合理的颗粒制备工艺。

The extraction process for Yanyankang granulation was chosen by orthogonal test. The optimum spray drierprocesses. such as relative density of extract, in-temperature and out-temperature of spray drier, etc. were studied.
