摘要
苏23井是苏里格气田一口水平井,在2009年11月5日开井生产后,先后出现了井筒砂堵,节流器被出砂卡死,打捞时节流器打捞颈拉断等问题。本文针对苏23井生产过程中出现的问题进行了原因分析,并通过制定相应的措施消除了生产中出现的问题,由此可以得出结论:控制产量,以小压差生产,是控制苏里格气田出砂的有效方法;苏里格气田高产气井(无阻流量在30.0×10~4m^3/d以上)在投产初期(2~3个月)以加热炉或三相分离器生产,并控制产气量,待排净油管内的杂物和流砂后,再投放节流器生产。
Su 23 well is a horizontal well on SuLiGe Gas Field. Since the well was put into production from November 5, 2009, some problems occurred such as wellbore-sand-plug, downhole-choke-sanding-in, choke-catcher-sub-snapped, and so on. So, in this paper, the problems occurred in the production of the Su 23 well were analyzed fundamentally, and were eliminated through formulating the countermeasures, and next some conclusions were obtained: controlling production rate to reduce production pressure, is an effective way to controlling sand flow on SuLiGe Gas Field; and the high gas rate wells whose absolute open flow is than 30.0x104m3/d should produce with heating furnaces or three-phase separators when the wells are put into production in early(within two or three months), at the same time, the gas production rate will be controlled, and after the addition and drift sand in oil tube is drained away, the wells will produce with downhole choke.
