同步回转油气混输技术试验及应用前景探讨

摘要 多年来本厂一直采用混输泵进行油气混输的工艺模式,经过长期的运行发现油气混输泵存在能耗高、一次性投资大、维护困难、回收气量小等诸多弊端。本文针对同步回转伴生气回收机组的工作原理、套管气回收方式及目前的现场试验情况进行了阐述;并对同步回转伴生气回收机组与传统布站模式进行对比,进行综合效益评价。 Muhiphase pump transportation is a newly-developed technique that has been adopted by our factory for years. However some disadvantages had already been found on this technique after running for a long time, such as high energy consumption, one-time investment funds enormous, maintenance difficulty, recovery gas flow small and so on. This paper introduces the operating principle of recovery associated gas, recovery methods of casing gas and field test on Synchron-Rotary pump technical, even its station layout was compared with traditional station, their synthesis benefits also were evaluated.
