摘要
针对目前子洲-米脂气田气动紧急截断阀运行现状,分析运行中存在的问题,引进小型空气压缩机,压缩空气作为主驱动气源,氮气作为备用,实现气动紧急截断阀双气源驱动,选取洲4站进行现场安装试验,保证气动紧急截断阀安全、平稳、有效运行,使其充分发挥安全效益,以消除安全隐患。
In view of the present in zizhou-mizhi gas field pneuma tic emergency cut-off valve operation status, analysis the problems existing in the operation, the introduction of a small air compressor, compressed air as the driving source, nitrogen as a backup, to realize pneumatic emergency cut-off valve double gas drive, select delta 4 station site installation test, ensure that pneumatic emergency cut-off valve safe, stable, efficient operation, give full play to its safety and efficiency, to eliminate potential safety problems.
