本科新生对自我与学术职业之间关系的理解与审视——对本科生学术认同发展与辅导研究及实践的启示 被引量:5

摘要 结合"学术规范与论文写作"这一本科生学术素养训练体系范畴内的平台课程,引导本科新生思考自我与学术职业之间的关系。研究分析了76名本科新生完成的涉及自我与学术职业之间关系内容的调查问卷。调查结果显示,本科新生基于对学术的"创新"本质的理解,从"自我与学术职业"和"自主采取探索行动"的角度,审视自我与学术职业之间的关系。具体而言,本科新生对于自我与环境之间关系的认知体现在"学术价值观"、"学术兴趣"以及"学术能力"意义上,本科新生探索自我与环境之间关系的行为包括"学习与研究"、"阅读、思考和写作"以及"交流或听讲座"。调查结果对研究本科生学术认同发展的状态和引导本科生自主开发与管理学术认同有所启示。
