采用臂丛神经麻醉下推拿配合中药治疗冻结肩，共治疗１６５例病人，治愈率达６８％，显效率达１９％．总有效率达９９％。并与单纯推拿治疗此病进行了疗效对比．治愈率差别显著（Ｐ＜０．００５）。提示臂丛神经麻醉下推拿配合中药治疗冻结肩具有较好的临床效果．为今后治疗此病提供了有效的治疗方法。

The total effective rate reached 99 %.And the curative rate difference is notable from pure massage treatment (P <0. 005).
