摘要
农业机械化发展战略规划是一个复杂系统问题,定义问题系统的范围边界、确定度量指标体系及其建构的逻辑关系是基础。依据系统工程的理论与方法,讨论了农业机械化系统的边界范围、体系结构和战略规划的主要问题,提出了农业机械化发展战略规划的指标体系及其结构,阐明了指标体系建构的逻辑关系。
It is a complex system problem on stratagem programming of agricultural mechanization development,and its basis is that range boundary of definition issue system and confirming measurement system of guide line and constructing its logic relation.According as the theory and method of system engineering,this paper discussed the boundary range for agricultural mechanization system,system configuration and the basic problem on stratagem programming,put forward its system of guide line and configuration.In addition,it also illustrated the logic relation of configuration system of guide line.
