摘要
介绍一种能够实现果树仿形施药的机械装置及其控制系统。本设计采用由步进电机驱动的仿形推杆作为执行装置,根据不同树冠大小来对仿形机构在水平和竖直方向进行调节,从而达到仿形施药的目的。控制系统选用SILICON公司C8051F020和C8051F340增强型单片机作为主控芯片,采用主从通讯方式,方便有效地控制了执行机构和喷雾参数。
This text mainly introduces a mechanical device and its control system which is able to achieve orchard profiling spray.The design adopts rectilinear putter driven by a stepper motor as executive device.Profiling mechanism can be adjusted depending on the size of different tree crows in horizontal and vertical directions,thus this is the way in which we can achieve purpose of profiling spray.Enhanced single-chip microcomputer C8051F020 and C8051F340 from SILICON Company are selected to work as main control chips.Mode of communication between host and slave computer makes it convenient and effective to control executive mechanism and spray parameters.
