摘要
讨论了利用超声波辐射萃取法从桔皮中提取多糖的不同因素的影响,通过实验确立了超声波条件下提取多糖的最佳工艺条件为:浸提时间为4h,浸提温度为80℃,料液比为1:50,浸提次数为4次,乙醇浓度为80%,超声波辐射功率500W,作用时间为50min,多糖提取率达到15.23%。
The paper gives diversity factors for polysaccharides from orange peel with making use of supersonic wave extraction,and builds optimally technology conditions about polysaccharides from orange peel with making use of supersonic wave extraction.The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: extracting time 4h,extractiong temperature 80℃,the volume of water to the weight of orange peel of 1:50,extracting times 4,the concentration of ethanol 60%,supersonic wave power of 500W,supersonic wave radiation time of 50min,output ratio of polysaccharides of 15.23% was obtained on the optimum conditions.
