摘要
本文用热分析仪和直读光谱仪对比分析了Cu-Sn系、Cr-Ni-C系、Cr系以及Cr-Ni-Mo系四种合金灰铸铁的碳和硅的含量。结果表明,用热分析仪和直读光谱仪分析这四种合金灰铸铁的碳含量偏差率最大5%;Cu-Sn系合金灰铸铁的硅含量偏差率在9.9%~16.8%之间,而后三种合金灰铸铁的硅含量偏差率小于4%。作者对该现象进行了初步分析。
A comparison study on carbon and silicon contents in Cu-Sn, Cr-Ni-C, Cr and Cr-Ni-Mo four alloy cast iron has been carried by using a thermal analyzer and a direct-reading spectrometer, resulting in that the maximum deviation rate of carbon content was 5% in four alloy cast iron; the deviation rate of the silicon content in the Cu-Sn alloy cast iron was 9.9-16.8%, the maximum deviation rate of the silicon content in other three alloy cast iron was less than 4% on which preliminary analysis has been done.
