摘要
分析了挤压冒口补缩铸造条件下铸型和铸件的温度场。通过分析得出铸件温度梯度在浇注过程中和开始加压时呈最大值,铸型温度场的分布受开始加压时间、压力大小等多种因素影响。
The temperature field of molds and castings under foundry conditions with extrusion riser have been analyzed. Analysis has shown that pick value of the casting temperature field appeared in pouring process and at the time of starting to pressurize while the mold temperature field distribution has been influenced by many kinds of factor as the time of starting to pressurize, the pressure magnitude etc.
