Study on the Innovation and Guarantee Mechanism of the Rural Cutural Information Service in Hunan Province

本文提出采用现代信息技术手段建立湖南农村文化信息服务新模式的思路,并对湖南农村公共文化服务保障体系的建设进行了基于试验系统的研究。

Hunan Province is a big agricultural province, so resolving the three rural problems is not only an economy development problem but also a cultural progress problem. The paper puts forward a kind of thought on using the modem information technology to set up a rural cultural information service mode in Hunan Province, and discusses in details the establishment of the rural public cultural service guarantee mechanism based on the test system in Hunan Province.
