高校图书馆矩阵式业务管理模式探析

A Study of the Matrix Management Model of Academic Library

本文对我国高校大多数图书馆现行的管理模式进行了剖析,提出了纵横结合的矩阵式业务管理模式是高校图书馆管理发展的方向,分析了这种新型管理模式的优越之处,并对如何控制其工作质量,提高工作效率和保持工作的连续性提出了自己的见解。

With the development of computer and network, the traditional vertical management model in academic library turns to be less efficient. Some colleges and universities have started to adopt the matrix management model in order to ensure better service of computerization and virtualization in modern libraries. After analyzing the present popular management models, the paper proposed that the matrix model is most likely the tendency of library management. By analyzing the benefits of this new model , the ideas about the guarantee of its quality, efficiency and continuation are put forward.
