摘要
针对胜利油田注聚区油井防砂有效期变短、近井聚合物堵塞、提液引效措施无法实施等矛盾,采用不同粒径砾石分级充填和在充填砾石中添加短切纤维的方法,提高了防砂层的挡砂强度;采用FSAF型保护剂防止了注入聚合物在充填层及近井地带的吸附,延长了油井防砂有效期;采用FSAY型解堵剂有效解除了油井近井聚合物堵塞,疏通了渗流通道。现场应用32井次,油井解堵后日产液量由27.2t提高到40.43t,日产油量由1.01t提高到3.89t,平均防砂有效期达400d,累计增油1.04×10^4t,效果良好。
In the polymer flooded blocks of Shengli Oilfield, Focused on the contradictions of becoming shorter for the valid period of the sand control of oil wells, the polymer blockoff near the wellbore, not-to-be-executed stimula- tions of increasing liquid and enhancing efficiency and so on, the methods of both fractional different-diameter grav- el packing and the gravel packing added short-cut fiber are adopted, so the sand baffled intensity of sand preventing layer is enhanced; with the help of FSAF-type protecting agent, the absorption of the injected polymers both in packing layer and near the boreholes are all prevented and then the validity period of the sand control in oil wells is prolonged. By means of FSAY-type protecting agent, the polymer blockoff near the borehole is effectively removed, the filtrating channels are dredged. The technology is applied for thirty-two well times in the field. The liquid production per day after removal is increased from 27.2t to 40.43 t ; and the daily oil production is raised from 1.01 t to 3.89 t; the average validity period of the sand control is up to 400 days; the total incremental oil is 1.04 × 104 t. In a word, the effects of the technology are pretty good.
