摘要
针对大庆油田三元复合驱试验区开采效果差异大的问题,应用数值模拟方法,结合矿场实际资料,研究了油层非均质、复合驱控制程度、剩余油分布和三元复合体系性能等几项因素对驱油效果的影响。研究认为,油层非均质越强对驱油效果的影响越大,对强非均质油层,应提高驱替黏度比以改善开发效果;化学驱控制程度越高复合驱效果越好,要使三元复合驱提高采收率达到20个百分点,化学驱控制程度应达到80%以上;三元体系界面张力对复合驱效果起着至关重要的作用,界面张力达到10^-3mN/m数量级超低范围是三元复合驱取得好效果的前提;剩余油是三元复合驱效果的物质基础,初始含水越低,剩余油饱和度越高,复合驱效果越好。
Focused on the problem of serious difference of ASP flo/~ding results tests in Daqing Oilfield, by numer- ical simulation and integrating with field data, the influencing factors on the results are researched: reservoir heter- ogeneity, controlled degree, remained oil distribution and system performance etc. The studies show that the stronger the heterogeneity is, the more serious the influence is. For the strong reservoir heterogeneity, the flooding viscosity ratio should be increased to improve the effects; the higher the controlled degree is, the better effects will get. If ASP flooding EOR reaches 20%, the above degree should be more than 80% ; the interfacial tension of ASP flooding system plays a vital role in the effects. ASP flooding premise to get better effects is that the tension reaches ultra-low range (10-3 raN/m) ; the remained oil is the material base of enhancing effects. The lower initial water- cut is, the higher remained oil saturation is, the better results will obtain.
