摘要
辽河油田齐40块转蒸汽驱汽窜现象日益严重,井组汽窜比例已达到123.5%。蒸汽前缘发育不均衡,热损失严重,开发效果和经济效益差。根据区块蒸汽驱汽窜井组的分布规律和汽窜特征,分析了汽窜的形成机理,并结合油藏工程方法和数值模拟技术,探讨了适于不同井组的控窜措施,其中从注汽源头抓起的氮气辅助蒸汽驱和水汽交替注入措施效果较好,有效地抑制了汽窜的发生,改善了油层动用状况。全区2009--2011年成功实施控窜措施79井次,增油1.01×10^4t,经济效益显著,对该区块和同类稠油油藏的蒸汽驱汽窜控制具有重要的指导意义。
The steam channeling become serious day after day in Qi No. 40 Block of Liaohe Oil.field, the proportion of the channeling for the well groups has reached 23.5 %. The steam fronts are unevenly undeveloped ; the heat losses are severe; the development effects and economic benefits become worse. In accordance with the distribution laws and characteristics of the steam-channeled well groups in Qi No. 40 Block, the mechanism of the channeling is analyzed, and furthermore by integrating reservoir engineering methods and numerical simulation techniques, the suitable countermeasures for the channeling of different well groups are explored, among them, the effects of the following methods are pretty better--both effectively control the happen of channeling and improve the developed performances of the oil layers: nitrogen-aided steam flooding and alternating water-steam injection acted from head of the steam flooding. From 2009 to 2011, 79 well-times of successful anti-channeling measures are carried out in the whole block, the oil increment is not only up to 1.01 × 104t, more than, but also achieve obvious and high e- conomic effects. Therefore demonstrate important guiding significance for the anti-channeling control of the steam flooding of the heavy oil reservoirs in both the block and the other similar ones.
