早期机械通气在重度有机磷农药中毒救治中的效果探讨

The clinical curative effect of the early mechanical ventilation in treatment of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

目的探讨早期机械通气在重度有机磷农药中毒救治中的临床疗效。方法 60例患者入院后均入住ICU,随机分为观察组和对照组。采用不同时间段插管,即观察组30例在入院时立即气管插管、呼吸机辅助呼吸。对照组30例在患者出现呼吸衰竭时再气管插管、呼吸机辅助呼吸。将两组进行比较,观察住院时间、治愈率及死亡率。结果观察组平均住院天数少于对照组,治愈率明显高于对照组,有统计学意义。结论早期应用呼吸机治疗急性重度有机磷农药中毒,强化呼吸道管理,可缩短住院时间,提高抢救成功率。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of the early mechanical ventilation in treatment of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods 60 patients after admission in ICU admission were randomly divided into trial group and control group.Tracheal intubation and breathing machine to help breathe were applied immediately in trial group.When the patient in the control group appeared respiratory failure apllied tracheal intubation and breathing machine to help breathe.To observe length of hospital stay,cure rate and mortality rate of two groups.Results The observation group average hospitalization days were less than the control group,the cure rate was higher than the control group and statistical significance.Conclusion Early application in treatment of acute severe breathing machine organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,strengthen the respiratory tract management,can shorten the length of hospital stay,and improve the success rate of the rescue.
