论高校学生干部“官僚化”倾向的治理路径

The dissertation on the path to the governance of College Student cadres′ bureaucratic tendency

高校学生干部是大学生中的骨干,是沟通学校与学生的纽带和桥梁。目前部分学生干部中"官僚化"倾向明显,主要表现在:官僚主义思想泛滥;以权谋私现象较为严重;部分学生干部间利益博弈现象凸显;工作作风存在较强的功利化倾向。为此,应以社会主义核心价值观为支撑,全面提升学生干部素质;引入"抽屉式"管理理念,确保学生干部权责明确;以人文精神引领高校学生干部,培养其创新人格;净化校园风气,为学生干部发展提供良好空间。

College Student cadres are the backbone of college students,and also the bond and bridge between schools and students.Currently,some student cadres′ ＂bureaucratic＂ tendency is obvious,which mainly displays in：bureaucracy ideology overflows;abusing power for personal gain phenomenon is relatively serious;some students among cadres benefit gambling phenomenon highlights;in the style of their work there is strong utilitarian tendency.Therefore,we should be based on the socialistic core value,and improve the overall quality of student cadres;we can introduce ＂drawer＂ management concept to make sure the student cadres well-defined power;and lead college student cadres by humanistic spirit,cultivate the innovative personality;and make ethos clear which provides a good space for student cadres development.
