2台全自动血液分析仪检查结果对比分析

The comparative analysis of the test result of two automatic blood analyzers

目的探讨Sysmex仪器公司生产的XE-2100与XS-1000i全自动血液分析仪的分析结果有无差别。方法收集本院门诊患者新鲜全血30份(以乙二胺四乙酸二钾为抗凝),分别在XE-2100与XS-1000i全自动血液分析仪上进行检测(在分析前和分析中均加做室内质控),对2台全自动血液分析仪的检测结果进行精密度和相关性分析。结果 2台全自动血液分析仪的精密度均在仪器设定的范围内,各参数中血红蛋白(Hb)相关系数r为0.795,其余各参数r均大于0.945。2台全自动血液分析仪的检测结果经配对t检验,除红细胞相关参数血细胞比容(Hct)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)和平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)外,白细胞、嗜中性粒细胞百分率、淋巴细胞百分率、单核细胞百分率、嗜酸性粒细胞百分率、嗜碱性粒细胞百分率、红细胞、Hb、血小板差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2台全自动血液分析仪的检测结果具有很好的可比性,均可满足临床检测的需要;其中Hct、MCV、MCH和MCHC有所欠缺,但其偏差在允许范围内。

Objective To evaluate the difference between automatic blood cell cytoanalyzer of XE-2100 and XS-1000i.Methods 30 pieces of fresh blood were sampled by EDTA-K2 to test the sensitivity and accuracy with the two machines.Results Accuracy test：the two machines were both within the settled scope.Correlation test：The correlation index（r） of hemoglobin was 0.795,while the others were all r0.945.There were no obvious differences between white blood cell,red blood cell,hemoglobin,platelet count,neutrophil ratio,lymphocyte ratio,basophil ratio,monocyte ratio and eosinophil ratio,but there were slight differences between hematocrit,mean corpuscular volume,mean corpuscular hemoglobin and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration.Conclusion There are slight differences in hematocrit,mean corpuscular volume,mean corpuscular hemoglobin and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration between automatic blood cell cytoanalyzer of XE-2100 and XS-1000i.
