子宫内膜异位症患者治疗前后血清细胞因子检测的临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨了子宫内膜异位症患者治疗前、后血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、IL-6、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的变化及临床意义。方法应用放射免疫分析法和免疫比浊法检测32例子宫内膜异位症患者治疗前、后血清IL-2、IL-6、hs-CRP和TNF-α水平,并与35例健康人进行比较。结果在治疗前,血清IL-6、hs-CRP和TNF-α水平显著的高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而IL-2水平则显著低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗3个月后再与健康对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论子宫内膜异位症的发生与发展与血清IL-2、IL-6、hs-CRP和TNF-α水平密切相关。 Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum IL-2,IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-α levels after treatment in patient with endometriosis.Methods The levels of serum IL-2,IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-α(with RIA) were determined in 32 patients with endometriosis both before and after treatment as well as in 35 controls.Results Before the treatment,the serum IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-α levels in patients were significatly higher than those in the controls(P0.01),while the serum IL-2 level was significatly lower(P0.01).After 3 mouths of treatment,all the levels were not significantly different from those in the controls(P0.05).Conclusion Development of endometriosis is closely related to the serum levels of IL-2,IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-α.
