嗜酸细胞性食管炎的内镜和病理学诊断及鉴别诊断

摘要
嗜酸细胞性食管炎（eosinophilic esophagitis，EoE）是一种慢性食管炎病变，常由于食入含有致敏原的食物所致，主要病理学表现为食管壁内大量嗜酸性粒细胞浸润。
