透明帽在胃大部切除毕Ⅱ式吻合术后胆总管结石内镜取石中的应用 被引量：9

摘要 胃大部切除毕Ⅱ式吻合术后消化道解剖结构发生了很大的变化，行内镜下逆行胰胆管造影术（ERCP）时不仅操作困难，而且容易发生肠穿孔等严重并发症。
