Vasohibin在妇科肿瘤中的研究现状

摘要 Vasohibin是新近发现的主要由VEGF诱导在内皮细胞产生的抑制血管生成的负反馈调节因子,它的发现证明,血管生成存在完整的自我调节机制。现就Vasohibin的结构特点、表达调控、抗血管生成活性及在妇科肿瘤中的表达做一综述。
