玉米单倍体加倍效果的研究

Studies on the Doubling of Maize Haploid

本试验用高诱1号诱导的单倍体植株为材料,在5～6叶期用两种浓度的秋水仙素配以二甲基亚砜(DMSO)注射处理茎尖生长点,进行人工加倍,并对不同处理效果进行方差分析和多重比较。结果表明:从不同基因型的材料中诱导出的单倍体的加倍都是有效的,且不同基因型材料间有显著差异;0.5%浓度的秋水仙素的处理效果最好。

Using induced haploids＇Gaoyou 1＇as materials,their stem tips were treated separately with two colchicines concentration and DMSO in five-leaf and six-leaf stage to double them.The results were analyzed by variance and multiple comparisons.The results showed that injection treatment was effective for haploids induced from different sources and the difference was obvious.The best result was the treatment with 0.5% colchicines.
