泰素与卡铂联合治疗非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效观察

Recent Curative-effect of Combined Chemotherapy of Taxol and Carboplatin for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:探讨泰素对晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法:26 例晚期非小细胞肺癌应用泰素135m g/ m 2 加卡铂300m g/m2 联合方案化疗。结果:18 例初治者和8 例复治者近期有效率分别为66 .7 % 和50 % ,总有效率61 .5 % ,有2例获CR。结论:泰素加卡铂对晚期非小细胞肺癌有较高疗效,特别是对治疗复发者也有较好的疗效。

Purpose: To study the efficacy of Taxol in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: Twenty-six patients with NSCLC received combined chemotherapy of Taxol 135mg/m2 and Carboplatin 300mg/m2. Results: The response rate of primary patients (18 cases) was 66.7% and that of the repeated treatment group (8 cases) was 50%. The overall response rate was 61.5%. Conclusion: Combine chemotherapy of Taxol and Carboplatin has better curative effect for advanced NSCLC especially for recurrent patients with repeated treatment.
