摘要
当前人民警察使用武器不规范是一个突出的问题。本文对人民警察使用武器存在的问题及原因进行了深层次的分析,提出了武器训练应当"基础和实战应用"并重,强化民警"安全、规范武器操作意识"的武器使用训练理念,并建立相对全面、系统、合理的武器使用考核标准,使民警武器使用训练不断向科学化、实战化、规范化的方向发展。
At present, it becomes a significant problem that some police use firearms improperly, insecurely, and inefficiently. This essay discusses problems and reasons, proposing that firearm training should emphasize combination of basic knowledge with practice. Police should keep safe and standard operation in mind. An assessment criteria of firearm operation should be set up to bring scientific, practical and standardized training forward.
