The Summary of Research on European Police College

欧洲警察学院是欧盟进行区域警务培训与科研的重要机构,对促进欧盟一体化、提高欧洲共同打击犯罪活动能力起着枢纽作用,但当前国内对欧洲警察学院的研究尚为空白,本文重点介绍欧洲警察学院在历史沿革、组织运作以及职能任务等方面的内容,以便为我国警务培训体制改革提供有益借鉴。

European Police College （CEPOL） is an important institution which is used by the European Union （EU） to do regional police training and scientific research. It plays a pivotal role of promoting the EU integration and improving the European abilities to fight against crime together. However, no one has conducted research on the CEPOL domestically. This paper puts emphasis on the CEPOL＇s historical evolution, organization, operation, and function etc, to provide beneficial reference for the reform of police training system in our country.
