体检者对健康体检项目的关注度和知晓度调查

Investigation of the health examination in the concentration degree and awareness degree in the special group of people

目的了解某一特定人群在体检项目选择中存在的问题,从而制定有针对性的体检和健康教育方案。方法对体检者在体检前后检查项目关注度和知晓度方面进行随机问卷调查,并在体检时进行健康教育。结果 (1)该类人群对健康体检需求较高,但体检前对体检项目关注和知晓甚少;(2)通过查体过程中的健康教育可以明显提高该类人群对体检项目的关注度和知晓度(体检者体检前对体检项目的平均关注度和平均知晓度分别为35.8%和8.3%;体检后均有明显提高,分别为43.7%和16.8%。);(3)有医学知识兴趣者健康教育效果更好。结论加强体检前和查体中的健康教育对于体检者如何选择符合自身需要的个性化体检项目有明显的帮助。

Objective To investigate the problems of the health examination of some special people in order to formulate the individual items for the health examination and health management.Methods People were selected randomly to answer the questionnaire for concentration degree（CD）and awareness degree（AD）and received health education at begin and after examination.Results 1.People had strong requirement for health examination,but the CD and AD were lower;2.The CD and AD raised obviously through health education;3.The CD and AD were much more better in the group who were interesting in medical knowledge than those in the group of no interesting.Conclusion The health education should be strengthened at the begin and after health examination,which is beneficial for the patients to chose and know the items.
