摘要
为研究开发出国产治疗视网膜损伤的有效药物, 选用青紫蓝灰兔和恒河猴受氩离子激光照射, 造成视网膜凝固斑的模型, 用碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growthfactor, 缩写bFGF) 作球后和肌肉注射, 通过检眼镜、眼底照相、损伤斑定量分析、光镜、电镜及视网膜电图(ERG) 等六项指标检测, 研究观察了bFGF对激光视网膜损伤斑的治疗作用。结果表明,
Six items including ophthalmoscopy,fundus photography,morphometry,histo\|logy,ultrastructure and electroretinogram were used to examine the therapeutic effect of basic fibroblast growth factor on laser induced rabbit and monkey retina injuries.The results indicated that bFGF could accelerate the repair of the retina tissue and prevent the photoreceptor loss in argon laser injured retina of chinchila rabbits and rhesus monkeys.
