摘要
深圳市龙华拓展区06,07地块保障性住房,地下1/2层,地上30/31层,总建筑面积20.6万m2,总高95m。该项目采用产业化施工:钢框架-钢筋混凝土结构,冷弯高频焊接矩形钢管混凝土柱,梁主要采用高频焊接H型钢,楼板采用钢筋桁架楼承板-混凝土组合楼板,外墙采用预制混凝土外挂板,分户墙及室内隔墙采用CCA板灌浆墙。采用产业化施工方式,可加快工程进度,节约大量劳动力,保证工程质量并节省投资。
The indemnificatory housing on plots 06 and 07 in Longhua Development Zone of Shenzhen has 1/2 underground stories and 30/31 overground stories, covering a total building area of 206000m2, and its total height is 95m. This project adopts industrialized construction, namely reinforced concrete structure with steel framework and cold-bent high-frequency welded rectangular concrete-filled steel tubular column are adopted, beams are mainly built with high-frequency welded H-type steel, floor is built with steel bar truss deck and concrete, precast concrete cladding board is used on external wall, and CCA board grouting wall is used as partition wall and interior wall. The industrialized construction may shorten engineering schedule, save a great amount of work force, guarantee engineering quality and reduce investment cost.
