摘要
三门峡市文化体育中心会展部分钢屋盖采用单向预应力张弦梁结构,整个结构受力形式复杂,跨度大,索力控制难度大。对预应力施工方案进行比较分析,并确定采用两端同步分级张拉方案,还对预应力张弦梁下弦钢索进行索力优化,对施工过程的索力、结构变形和钢结构应力进行了仿真模拟分析。
One-way prestressed steel beam string structure was used in the roof of exhibition part of culture and sports center in Sanmenxia City. The cable force was difficult to control because of its complex structure and large span. Prestress construction schemes were compared and analyzed, and tension scheme were selected which was tensioning at both ends and by degrees. The stretching forces of the cable was optimized. Cable force, deformation and steel structure stress were simulating analyzed.
