摘要
测定了小鼠外周血T 淋巴细胞中cAMP和cGMP含量及其比值的昼夜节律, 各峰值时相分别位于12∶20 时、01∶12 时和13∶04 时, 经5-0 Gy γ- 射线照射后, cAMP含量升高,cGMP含量降低,cAMP/cGMP比值增大。而0-5Gy 照射引起比值下降。这些变化在04∶00 时较为明显, 而在12∶00 时则观察不到, 表现出明显的昼夜时相差异。另一方面, 照射后cAMP/cGMP比值节律的峰值位相发生延迟或提前。实验结果提示, 电离辐射对淋巴细胞cAMP和cGMP昼夜节律的影响,
Circadian rhythms of cyclic AMP,cyclic GMP and cAMP/cGMP were measured in mouse blood T lymphocytes.Upon 5Gy of γ-irradiation,the level of cAMP increased and that of cGMP decreased,leading to an augmentation of the cAMP/cGMP,while the low dose of 0\^5Gy caused a decline in the ratio.These changes,however,occurred only obviously at circadian time of 04∶00 and could not be observed at 12∶00.The acrophase of the cAMP/cGMP ratio was either delayed or advanced depending on the irradiation dosage.The experimental results indicated a mutual feature and a circadian characteristic of the irradiation effects on the cAMP/cGMP ratio in mouse blood T lymphocytes.
